so far i've only tried Final fantasy 12 the International Zodiac Job System version... but given the fact there is nobody really to messure yourself against i cant really be proud of my 5:50 finish | ||

It has awful camera angles and unskipable cut scenes both of which are being fixed with KH1.5 so even if it doesn't get released outside of Japan it will be well worth importing for speed running purposes (Makes the game a 2-3 hour run by my estimate). If you want to get into Kh2 Spike is submitting a KH2 any% run to SDA pretty much any day now (Although he has said this for the last 3 months) which is what a lot of us are waiting on for tactics etc. However Puwexil does all worlds which in my opinion is a really fun category as well as a final mix any% which involves Roxas killing the run 4 hours in. Personally I'd like to see birth by sleep getting some love even if it has the worst camera in the series and some really challenging bosses (Looking at you Master Eraqus / Captain Hook / Terra-Xehanort). There is probably a lot of cool things you can abuse with the D link system to save a bunch of time. . Also a cool KH2 glitch which was found last night which has the potential to make Luxord easier if the thing that triggered it is what me and Axel believe it is. | ||

Of course, for some stupid reason I picked up the game again after half a year and found a bunch of new glitches so I've already demolished some of those runs >_>Also I'll try to pick up Brood War again next month to finish the Zerg campaign, so if I can get streaming to work for that ancient game I'll probably be streaming a bit. I have tried but failed because it seems you can only stream in windowed mode which just won't work when speedrunning :/ I really want to finish up BW and then improve some of the sloppy missions I did in SC1 so I can move on to running SC2. It will be great to see that game at AGDQ by the way  | ||

The lings and units in the center of the platform aggro'd at the worst possible time and killed all my marines and medics so I just reset about a minute in. Things were still fine, and then the Leviathan froze, it just stopped moving and it was in a really scary spot where I thought it would aggro on my army. So I lost about another minute very very carefully making sure I could get past it. Sinister Turn took two reloads to get the pylon down next to the templar archives but that was literally 20-30 seconds per reload, not that bad. The Devil's playground was just dumb. I can get this down to around 2:51-2:50 probably. Getting sub 2:50 will be extremely hard seeing as my computer loads a bit slowly. Either way, I'm pretty sure without loading times this beats tgun's time. Sup son? | ||
