Well, I have played through the campaign, and I've tried to route a single-segment of Terran SC, but I haven't done the rest of the campaigns with the mindset of 'speedrunning' in mind.

To answer your question correctly:
Blind is never having played the game.
Semi-blind is having played the game either briefly, or several years ago.
A few people misuse the term to mean not having a route.

battle.net/games/classic (should be the right link, it always defaults to my region though)
Its 15€, I guess 15$ aswell.

So i guess you don't own the CE edition of SC2 either? That dogtag comes in handy for things like this
That dogtag also generates a new key evertime you plug it in, so if you you want one just tell (you can even add it to your batle.net account)

I'm planning to attend at least. I wish there was a bit more hype/info on will it be a real thing. WC3 was cool with 16 racers, even if it became unfinishable, same with meatboy & 13 players. I'd be surprised if at least 10 ppl didn't join.
