I don't think theres proper TL NA guild either though, that Team Legacy one if thats what you meant apparently doesn't even have doors open to TL members.

My guestimate is that we have around 75 people who applied during beta and the runoff to release.
I stopped using the list because I don't know how many people pre-ordered the game yet.
Instead I made a notepad file with gw2 ID's of people who will certainly have access to gw2
We'll have to wait and see how many people show up during release.

Yeah i wonder how many will be wanting to join etc. I hope theres atleast 20-30 of us, as i think that will be a good start. Guess it needs to be kept bumped up in the Sports&Games section so people can see it, which helps draw them in i guess. Talking to my friend as well just he says the Reddit based guild is being formed on Whiteside Ridge too, whether or not that is from the same people i don't know either?

Yeah, we met the Reddit guys on WR during beta several times (reddit joining WR was also a big factor in deciding what server to pick).
Edit: I just wasted my first 500 post milestone on a CS:GO post T_T

From what I understand, Panty had some problems at home and for now he is on hiatus.
The Reddit guys have their own guild but there are a lot of good reasons for us to cooperate to tackle large objectives.

WvWvW and PvP in general are definitely what I'll be spending most of my time on.
Doing jumping puzzles with the guys is great too, I never had so much fun in an mmo when we went and solved those jumping puzzles and the hilarity that ensued when someone dropped to his death.

Nice. Well i'll be around from Saturday looking for fun and to try and level up as quickly as i can. Not really a fan of the boosted PvP nor i think the SPvP will be any good for me personally. PvE dungeons i can farm all day though being the kind of guy who adores PvE content :3
Plus dungeons sound fun in sense of it's just 5 people going PEWPEWPEWPEPWEPWPEWPEPW xD

This guild is going to be a relatively relaxed one. Join and do literally anything you like. I do not know if we plan to organise guild sessions etc but even if we do you have no obligations to join us to do wvw or spvp or pve. It is simply to provide a community environment for people to group up for various things in guild chat. That's not to say we don't plan to excel in whatever we choose to do; tlers in nature are exceptionally bright gamers.

I think it's a good thing we can join multiple guilds.
I played with TL guys on BWE1, but without being able to find anyone ingame (and not knowing any vent details or whatnot ) I've been playing with Reddit outside that. The CORE of that guild are definitely a good group, so coordinating things in WvWvW shouldn't be difficult.

I think I saw on the main GW2 thread that TL would prefer if guilds didn't represent TL with the Team Liquid name, I could be wrong though.

Looks like I'm in a decent spot. I can't play on saturday, so I will play on sunday. That way, I won't be in the pre-purchase pooprush where every starting area is filled with a billion people, breaking events. On the other hand, I will still level past those areas before normal buyers join in.
