it seems that the code inside is the only serial you will use to play. that means that you wont need to go back to the store and get a disc. sad day, i dont want to download 25gbs  from the box " The serial code on this card is the only serial code you will need to play GW2. no additional serial codes or retail boxes will be provided. Game disc not included. Pre-purchase box includes serial code only. Internet connection requied to download and play." Edit that is just for the standar edition. | ||

Well I am guessing you need to use the same ncsoft account in order to reserve name, spot in hall of whatever etc etc. Not entirely sure what you mean. | ||

Since you're seeing this error during the registration phase, you've already successfully purchased the game, and have a key you can use to complete registration any time.
