It's finally here ladies and gentlemen! The TL.net Dota clan!
I noticed in the other thread that there were some interest so I thought I'd give it a shot :D.
First and foremost I'd like to ask the REAL Team Liquid if we could use their name for the clan? Like <nick>(TL) or something. If it isn't okay for us to use it, then the ones that are interested may post suggestions (heck, anyone can if they feel like it :D).
Skill-wise, I consider myself pretty good. I know how to play all heroes well but I guess my words don't mean that much but I've played in #dotapickup.euro (a IRC channel for dotaplayers, you can play games there 24/7) for a couple of months.
I'm looking for good people to play in this clan. By good I mean that you have played other games that public, or if all you do is go 30 kills x deaths in public games and you need to further develop your skills then that's okay as well. If you have a mic that's great, but I guess if you don't feel comfortable speaking english or don't have a mic then that's okay :D.
I'm making the clan on www.dota-league.com so I'll need anyone who thinks he/she has a chance should register there ASAP.
I play mainly on europe and that's where we'll play our CW's (yes, clan wars, we will play many of those).
That's about it I guess, just PM with your msn if you're interested or if you use IRC go to quakenet then type /q GuMs hi!!!

Dota is a ums map for wc3: TFT, 5v5, if you dont know what it is then you probably won't be in the clan :D

Hey gummi, I used to play with the best on europe. I didnt play since 5.84 but now im starting again. There are a few changes and some new heroes, but that wont be long before I know those I think. Anyway im playing in dotapickup now too, so I think ill fit since so far I pretty much dominate every pickup game with ovvi^_^

I could play some DOTA every so often, but I'm playing in two clan leagues and adminning another and helping with the upcoming Digital Life tournament, so I don't know how often I'd be available.

i play dota daily. just because my uni's firewall blocks battlenet and we got a pvpgn server going and no one likes sc
in 5v5 i like the rouge knight, (or dragon knight but he's imbalanced)
if it's less that 10 people though, the drow ranger is the best, what a fucking farmer^^

Right now there's a bunch of bugged heroes btw.
Certain ones get more experience. My friend told me, but I can only remember these: Tiny, Night Stalker, Enchantress, Invoker, Tinker, and Razor. I know there are more though.
So if you get raped by those heroes, there MIGHT be a reason why, heh.

hmm, i havent played since 5.84 really, maybe i should get back into it again. i was pretty good back in my prime, among some of the better players on us west.

I think I am an OK dota player. I rule all pubbies, which doesn't tell much about skill, and I have a fairly good idea of team work, timing, and synergies. I also know each hero thoroughly, and have a unique build for each and everyone.
I don't know if I am good, though, because I never fought a challenging team. I would be interested to find out if you play at the insomniac european hours (or jobless america hours, or early asian bird, those are the same)

everytime i pull a hair from my nose with my fingers I notice that the part where the hair was attached to my inner side of my nose is white and the rest of the hair is black. Does any of you have this too?

The biggest problem i see with alot of "good" ppl is that they don't always have the best item builds, like the kind of ppl that play well but in a 2v2 would start of with something like BoS and a point booster-_-

I'm in. I used to play archer type heroes exclusively and was quite good at it. Archer types being the Traxxex (sp? the Drow Ranger), Clinkz, and Medusa.

i like the drow ranger and rogue knight. that beetle thingy with impale and windwalk is not bad either.
