Yeah, pretty terrible. If FIA doesn't change their rules F1 is losing even more viewers. No one wants to see RedBull cheating every fucking season.

Not cheating, just having the best car without a doubt last seasons. From a spectator point of view, I would like ALL of them to have the same car. I'm pretty sure there would be many upsets, and I'm not talking about Alonso and Vettel, but also coming from "middle-class" drivers. Most of them are not that far away from them skillwise. We don't want cars that are >.5 faster than the rest, where the only element of randomness is weather, crashes and mechanical failures. We want that, but also drivers being the deciding factor, and this season this didn't happen IMO.

Thing is, even if he takes a 20 second post race penalty to his finish time. He still only drops one place. Thus still finishing ahead of Alonso in points and winning the championship.

In the end the best car won out against the best driver. Alonso had the perfect season and out-drove his car at nearly every single race an amazing performance. Bring on 2014 and new engines!!

Ferrari technical director Pat Fry says it appears they were yellow and red slippery track flags and not yellows. Therefore, no penalty required."

What an idiot post. Red Bull was not dominant this year and had plenty of bad luck too. The season was bonkers (in a very good way). Hulkenberg deserved this win and that penalty was bullshit, just like the first safety car was a bit BS. Great race though.

Tons of debris on the track, and this carbon fibre will cut tires like a knife. Red Bull has not been cheating this year. They were asked to change some engine map settings that were legal in themselves, but the FIA issued what they call a "clarification" - a closing of a loophole. Loopholes are a big part of F1 development - Merc's double effect drs is an example of this. If you can find a way to pass the tests you are legal according to the regulations. edit: not saying they were cheating in other years. However complaints against them have resulted in test changes. Just as the Ferrari 2006/7 floor. Or the Renault mass damper from 06. Or the "F-Duct" from 09. Or the double diffuser from 09.

He drove into Lewis and took him out of the race... there wasn't a chance of over-taking into T1 he should have waited and been smart and made a over-take into T4 with the aid of DRS, not just lunging into T1 in wet conditions. It was the move of an inexperianced driver, Lewis had it covered and Hulkenberg just drove into him.... talking of idiot posts..
