Well Chandler was out, so I think it's fair to call that game a wash. I truly think he's the most important player on that team, for both offense and defense. They run so much P&R with him and he's the only one that's actually good at freeing up Lin.

And leadership, it really sucks they missed him this road trip. And lol O J Mayo with a double dribble. Havent seen that in recent memory.

Edit : O and Championship pedigree cant forget .

Harrelson is usually ok, wasnt a factor but he certainly wasnt the worst defender. Amare was literally yawning the whole game when parker penetrated, he decided to move his feet when the game was alteady over.

Sick game winner by D-Rose! hardest working man in the game. Even tho Bucks record sucks, they give top teams a go for their money. I will be surprised if the Knicks beat them Friday

The Spurs are good at making other teams look like shit, and the Knicks were missing their best player (IMO), so I wouldn't worry too much.

Haven't watched a lot of Cavs games this year but did so today vs Denver.

And wow, Kyrie Irving is amazing. It's hard to believe he's only 19. He's legit superstar level talent.

D'Antonni woes and Defense woes are one in the same. That guy couldn't come up with a good defense strat against a 1v5 (where he has 5 defenders).

Defense woes depend on who's on the floor at any given point. If you have Lin, Amare, and Melo playing at the same time (and throw in Novak expecting threes) there will be major trouble. But a proper mixture of bench and starters can play well and Dallas got absolutely shut down in the beginning of the fourth because of that. D'Antoni doesn't know jack about defensive rotations and doesn't care enough to learn, but the team seems to understand what to do. I'm more sad over how the bench players are getting marginalized when it was bench + Lin + Chandler that dug them out of the hole. Fields might as well be invisible.

Ohhh, trade dealine is looming and rumours are heating up a bit.

Rondo is still apparently on the chopping block.
Nash could be out of Phoenix after all these years.
Warriors talking to just about everyone. Apparenly Monta being shopped.
Ofc there's Dwight, but I think it's more likely Orlando will role the dice and try acquire pieces to keep him.

And two big rumours today: apparently Josh Smith wants out of Atlanta (to play with Dwight noless) and Andrew Bogut is supposedly on his way out of Milwaukee.

Which players do people think teams should be targetting? Everyone is focusing on Dwight, but there could be some pretty significant game changing trades depending on how credible the trade rumours are.

Jazz don't need Nash. He's a great player, but doesn't fit with their philosophy right now.

If the Jazz were likely to make a move, I think they'd be looking to flip Big Al, Harris and maybe even Millsap for young players/picks in line with their post-Deron rebuild. I guess it depends on their evaluation of Kanter/Favors and high their ceiling is though. They already have GS's pick this year and I imagine Big Al and Millsap in particular could get some very good returns for them.

Picks are going to be crucial in this upcoming draft.
