I'm not even sure what Flifflaren's role on that team is anymore since f0rest seems to awp more these days. I haven't even seen Fifflaren going positive in months. Being carried by Friberg isn't necessarily a bad thing since he's the entry fragger and it's good to see him actually getting his entry frags. I think the stat at gfinity was something like...Friberg/Forest were like...20% on entry fragging whereas the rest of the tournament was way higher in percentages. No wonder NiP were losing with those numbers. But yeah, definitely GR/f0rest have not been showing up as much as they used to when they won Copenhagen and Dreamhack Summer. | ||

I've only really noticed Friberg getting the kills on CT side. GTR and f0rest are barely able to stay even these days and Fiff is a rock-solid 0.25 K/D. | ||

And that was only new problems. The tournament format is still awful even though this is the third major. We have BO1 in groups coupled with double elimination instead of round robin, so team can drop out of the tournament or advance from the group after playing just 2 maps. Teams are preparing for months, some of them are coming from another continents, only to play two maps before dropping. After that we have single elimination which is alway influenced by bracket luck. Yes, I'm frustrated that the team I'm rooting for has dropped out, but this doesn't change the fact that there are multiple extremely serious flaws in their system and approach. | ||

When watching yesterday I was delighted to see cbble being played. Even though it was hella onesided I liked to play it in cs:s but only few teams agreed to the map. The new aspects to the map seemed quite good. | ||
