The small amount of ammo is the reason why I don't think it will see much play

Do you strafe-shoot? Or do you duck and pray to kill enemy with the first burst? Or do you stand still without moving? Right now, i'm looking for ways to improve my approach: I burst 3 bullets, then strafe a bit, then burst, strafe again, and so on. I do this without counter-movement which is common in strafe shooting - just because it's difficult.

I do this without counter-movement which is common in strafe shooting - just because it's difficult. Really depends on the situation. But, more importantly, with a rifle you absolutely need to utilize the counter-movement to completely stop or else who knows where your bullets will go. If you're finding it difficult then just practice that for now in aim maps. It'll help a lot, especially for long-distance duels. Also, it's best to burst two bullets at a time with the AK, because the third bullet will most definitely miss at long range if you're aiming anywhere close to the head. If you are good at controlling the recoil though like a lot of pros are, then bursting with three shots is fine. If you're ScreaM (pre-slump), then just tap-shoot and get headshots all day errday. it's probably good on 1-2 players per team who will just hold close spots on eco rounds like nuke hut or dust 2 b tunnels

I've only played one competitive match on it so far, but I think it's a good map if you're playing in stacks. (and although this isn't weird or anything and I know that my enemy was there, I still managed to get a HE kill through smoke just recently. Felt pretty good)
