Personally I use 750cpi and 0.66sens with 6/11, and that feels just about right to me, but you could also do 1600cpi and 0.3sens and you'd basically have the same sens, just with a different level of granularity in the radial values. I will agree though that most people could see huge benefits by lengthening their overall cm/360° to something larger (I'm at like 90cm/360° or so).Ideal sensitivity is 400 dpi 2.5 in game, or 800 dpi 1.5 in game, with windows at 6/11 (around 1000 true sens). If you start there and slowly increase it or decrease it based on your liking you will see a huge improvement.

Aside from them there's Fnatic and Complexity (Complexity beat VeryGames in a bo1 in a real close match).

But the balance of the maps seems usually really favored to one side and that puts so much pressure on one side at any given time, which makes the game really dramatic. Plus, with how snowbally the game is, it makes little advantages (just getting a few kills even if you lose the round, or living to the end) so much bigger. It's an exciting esport, I dunno how big CS is right now, but I hope it becomes really big. It used to be so much bigger -_-

) that are needed to be decent at this game. One big reason simply might be talent or experience. I never have played an EGO-Shooter competitively before whereas I played quite a lot of War3. And I liked playing strategy games as a child cause I was good at it. I was never exceptionally good at shooters though.
. And last but not least, I just like playing with a high sensitivity mouse. Did so in Sc2, I do so in CS GO. But as a result I just suck at aiming especially with an awp. When i move my mouse one tiny bit it jumps 4 Counterstrike people to the left or to the right. Thats bad when you want to hit something with an awp. And yet I cant stand a low sensitivity setup.
