It really ain't worth talking about. We all know what this liquid lineup can do without s1mple. (nothing)

It feels more and more like he got kicked which is a shame really, because liquid has given many more chances to players who have achieved nothing. I knew something was up when s1mple was basically silent on twitter following their group stage exit. They keep trying to blame s1mple for causing roster issues but if adren wasnt shit for an entire year in the first place it would have never came to that. Kinda goes to show that valve's rules preventing koosta competing at the major really fucked this team for the long term. What makes you think they kicked him?

"concern over his in-game role on the team—and consequently the team atmosphere—" This sounds just like it didnt work with Simple (who had thaught that when they picked him up, duh) teamwise. I mean, everybody knew he is toxic and cant work togeather with "lesser skilled" players and also this has been mentioned by liquid players in interviews. This "extended" trip home must have triggered something at liquid, you can be shit, but you cant stay forever in your homecountry. I guess he "missed" some flys home and after that liquid had enough of this.

I have a mixed feeling about this. I feel like simple was the one reason why TL was doing well so it's sad to see team going back to slump. On the other hand, it's always good when you can get rid of toxic person like this, because I feel that TL should not endorse this kind of behavior.

S1mple has been very vocal for a while that he missed Ukraine, his family and his gf, and that he hated living in the US. He also was in pretty good terms with the NaVi guys and had already hinted at the fact that he wanted to play for NaVi. Overall I feel it has way more to do with the fact that he doesn't like to live in the US. Kicking him would have been a very bad move for Liquid (which they did not do and I am puzzled you guys in the thread are assuming that), but keeping him by force when he doesn't want to was even worse.
