Yea i know the sensitivity part, but atleast for me CS has prolly took more effect on my wrist than SC2. (SC2: 4000dpi CS: 400dpi, 1.95 sens) so i'd imagine that CS-players would have atleast some wrist problems

I've twisted my wrist quite a bit after being used to high sensitivity with desktop use, RTS games and Dota with the addition of not playing that much FPS for a long time. Low sensitivity kind of forces you not to since otherwise you'll end up with RSI pretty quickly.

I wouldn't really call it a thing yet though.

I didnt really mean sensitivity, I just mean in terms of how much spamming you do. Theres alot of micro movement, pointing and clicking. In CS you can get away with you using your arm alot more and there are periods where you can easy up.

RTS are a lot more intense too. There is constant movement with your mouse. In CS there are small break between rounds and halves. There are many times you just sit and hold an angle where you don't move your hand at all.

Try constantly playing FFA DM for 30-45 minutes straight, that's kind of how it's like. The breaks in CS are also very good in that sense.

SC2 completely wrecked my wrists in a way that cs never could and I still don't think Ill ever fully recover. SC is game where you simply can't let up on your APM especially with evenly matched opponents because if you let up and they don't you will probably lose for it. I would be playing a really intense ladder game and my hands can go completely numb and lock up.

I dunno SC2 did nothing wrong to my wrist, and im not really a scrub in it in the sense of 20 apm :D For some reason CS is worse for me

Try playing 400 APM SC2 when you'll be like 25. You'll think differently. Also the servers will probably have shut down.

As long as you focus on keeping your wrist as straight as possible and do a bit of stretching every now and then you should be fine. If you start getting pain in your wrist make sure to rest it properly and try to figure out what you're doing wrong. Most of these issues and injuries can be prevented by taking care.

Well it might be. Iam no expert on this matter, but i sit at computer alot and have been for several years and i usually never get a "Mousearm" either or anything of that sort.

So i truly believe if your posture is good and everything like that, you should not damage yourself. But again, i can be wrong here.

I really dig JB and DDK is good for the play by play but of all the caster duos I think they sometimes have trouble hiding the fact that they just arent interested in certain matches.

It showed so much during that Gambit - SK Gaming match in the ECS qualifier EU. It was damn obvious that Gambit had internet issues, and Bardolph was like "Uh.... ok.... Hooch is moving in a weird way" when it was painfully clear he just had D/C'd. And for a long time, it seemed as if they didn't know what to say and didn't want to talk too much about the fact they had issues...
