*I won't repost this after this page*

I don't know if this is the appropriate thread for this but everything seems to fly here and I like some of you people. I'm not posting this on HLTV or any other forum because I'd rather try and get some brain power first and I like TL over other CSGO forums for that.

I'm looking for 1 or 2 players (riflers) to play somewhat seriously in an upcoming CEVO or ESEA season. We're a NA-East team made out of LEM/SMFC players and we made it to the playoffs of CEVO-A before losing out to teams we would've beat if we'd taken this whole ordeal more seriously. This means that we're going to play in CEVO-IM next season, which entails two official matches a week.

We plan to increase our practice regiment from none at all to once a week, probably on Mondays, and that means we need some fresh talent and people who are willing to show up to practice. We're not tryhards, we're not assholes (I am but my teammates are not), we want to have fun and give the league a honest shot.

Requirements:
+ Show Spoiler +

Age: Whatever, maturity. We're washed out old fucks, we don't tolerate bullshit.
Skillset: Roughly SMFC level rifler, capable of teamplay. Most practice should be scrims, but you're also fine learning smokes, learning new maps if need be and occasionally running simple drills. You thrive in a competitive environment but it doesn't turn you into a mad cunt. Also you can deal with the thick accents of 2-3 French Canadians.
Location: Eastern or Central NA. We're from Montreal, Boston and Minneapolis.
Availability: Flexible enough to play 3 times a week most of the time, generally on weekdays or on sunday after 9PM EDT/EST, schedule to be determined. If you can't play one week you'll be expected to be proactive about letting the scheduler know. You show up on time to events, you're a reliable person.
Salary: You're paid in permanent friendships with cool dudes as well as myself. You'll have to pay some money to join the leagues.
You understand: You may be benched sometimes. We'll have 6 or 7 players. Every player will get their fair share of official matches, provided the results are there.
You can deal with: Raunchy, insanely tasteless humor.

If you think you may fit the profile, PM me or hit me up on Steam, we can talk. If you're some MM shitter who'd like a different flavor of CS, it may be worth it for you

The 150 ping would make it really difficult I think, unfortunately. Otherwise we'd love to play with you but yeah :/ I don't know that it'd be possible for you to perform at your best under those conditions. Also wouldn't you have to be up at like 4AM?

Yeah, the time wouldnt be the best, but i dont think that itd be a problem for me. I guess if youre playing mm or something today, i could try to see what its like but if you get an na player obviously its much easier for him

While being bored I watched a bit of the female tournament which wasn’t bad at all. Actually those games seemed more interesting than the male tournament.

Female tournament was entertaining, despite the final being very one-sided. The observing needs some improvements though but overall it was a nice change from the “hur durr we are just like main sports”-casts.

Against E-Frag that'd be a shame if HR lost given what they aim and who they line up..

No offense E-Frag, but HR is supposed to be borderline Major level. Dust 2 is going much more as expected.

We're looking into the possibility of playing with Luolis who's from Finland . Not sure yet if CEVO would allow that but the guy's somehow pretty good even with 170 ping.
