Definitely. Its like trading 5 alterations for a chaos. Just reserve a stash tab for terrible rings/ammies/belts and then when it starts filling make sure u bring back a complete set of bad rares (barring jewelry) from every map till the tab is reasonable again.

if you farm low level content you are competing against these 'mechanized' assembly lines that spit out uniques at the rate of dozens per hour. so if you want to farm solo just go for higher level maps. if you can accept playing in a party, join some map parties and whatnot that are public quite often. the going rate is 1c for a 75 map and +1c for every level beyond that.

I'm currently using heavy strike/leap slam with added melee damage and lifeleech and so far it's working pretty well in A2 merci. I'm dieing more than I'd like, but I think that is mostly gear dependent as my life and resists are fairly low. Here's where I'm at now: current passives Right now I'm considering either moving toward adding stun nodes and going with replacing heavy strike with ground slam, or moving toward the templar life nodes, and dropping my little excursion toward Butchery:planned passives Do you think this looks like a reasonable build even for a templar? Sorry for the simple questions, but there seems to be a dearth of skill build info and lots of crappy builds.

I decided that since I'm totally out of the loop for new skills and areas and stuff that I'd just make another summon witch on Dominion league. Currently around level 22. Does anyone have any advice for what skill to use to complement summons? I remember on my 72 summon witch that I had a lot of spare skill points and that I was considering using a spell to add more DPS. Does anyone know if there's a particularly efficient arrangement of say auras or support skills that I should know about? I noticed that there's a new support skill for giving minions resist, that's pretty nice. Haste is always good, if you can grab static blows then lightning arrow-chain-lmp-culling strike is always nice.

While leveling you probably want to use a spell that does good damage since your summons won't be spectacular until later.

Insanely frustrating playing in a party. Not sure if bugs or what, but many times necessary quest drops will only drop for one person, and it can be near impossible to reset the zone so that someone else can complete the quest. This happened both with the medicine chest, and again with the damn roa eggs. Stopped playing after that, since only one person in our group was able to get all three glyphs and proceed.

That build's fairly unoptimized but if you want some help coming up with something post here or PM me with the basic goals of your build and I'll try to cook up something. Key factors: Baseline theory aka "archer" or "Cold Caster" or w/e. Can be more complicated Got currency to sink into the build? Any specific uniques you want/have? Around what level are you thinking about reaching? What start class? (completely optional). On December 10 2013 23:36 Crownlol wrote: Just picked this game up last night with my roomie and my gf. I've literally never had or heard of this issue o.o were you guys properly in the same party? It's possible to be in the same instance but not in the same party if somehow somebody left the party. PS resetting the zone is very easy. When you go to the zone entry, Hold control while clicking on the door or whatever. Then select the "new instance" option.

Best way to fix that "bug" is to simply invite everyone to the party, make sure they all joined the party and you are all in the same instance when you do the quest.

CI has the huge advantage of having Frenzy charges available after each kill (Bloodrage), while the Life build would be able to use Eldritch Battery and have a lot more Mana. What's worrying me though is that Voll's Protector doesn't have Life and some other uniques (which I don't have yet) also don't, so maybe the CI one is better for sure. Both of course won't have super high Life/ES, but with Divination Distillate and Purity of Lightning (and maybe the 5% shield) I should rarely die to reflect due to Vaal Pact. The Life build with EB might also be able to use a low lvl Arctic Armour, though in general physical hits are going to be painful without Iron Reflexes. The CI build also has a lot more + all res, which would make gearing easier. However I could easily change the Life build to have All res, but that would mean less chain criticals (or spell damage). (I'm also playing a Freezing Pulse char in Nemesis, but his damage is really low, so I wanna try something more powerful at the same time, hehe)

Also note that Volls fucks with your mana. Which means that arctic armour might be a bit much even with EB. Life vaal pact suxxors IMO no matter what Kripp is doing these days.

Or at least, such a tiny amount that it costs less for a life build to run it (~100 base life) than for an ES build to run it (~600 or more ES). Also note that Volls fucks with your mana. Which means that arctic armour might be a bit much even with EB. Life vaal pact suxxors IMO no matter what Kripp is doing these days. I know, it has like 60 ES haha. Anyway, Vaal Pact never sucks with power charge discharge. It will fully heal you no matter what. Same with my Leap Slam CI char (about 4k ES, not that much but still). And I'm definitely not trying to copy Kripp, I don't even know what he's playing (whenever I see him he's playing Hearthstone).
