In that case I'm really not sure. As was mentioned, there definitely are normals/specials that do different amounts of hit stun depending on stand or crouch, but to my knowledge it's inconsistent and usually not the case.
Isn't +2 on crouching standard ??

Again, I'm not positive, and there may just be a number of special cases (hence my confusion)

It could also be that when the opponent is standing, the next attack hits 1 frame later because of the longer distance, as crouching opponents tend to be easier to chain attacks against and tend to have a wider hitbox. Note that I never play Cody and don't have the game to be able to test things at the moment. Just a possibility I can think of. Another thing would be a standing reel animation making the first frame of the next attack miss. It could be worthwhile trying it against different characters.

Some pretty low-tier play coming from the supposed Top 32, with the exception of Ryan Hart, Infiltration and Gamerbee. Skatan was doing okay and so was Ixion, but those three are just so far beyond the rest. Kings of New York was much more entertaining to watch. I realize Dreamhack (especially Dreamhack Summer) doesn't pull the biggest numbers or the best names, but still.

I'm kind of sad I missed Ixion with all the DAN BUFFFSSS
Love that guy
Rolento is so annoying to play against. People just do the most random nutty stuff and then when they feel like actually doing damage just cr.mk rekkas.
He's like Yang but with ROLLLS

Problem X and Luffy are usually up there, but one plays Viper, which can sometimes look derpy at even the highest level, and Luffy had a very bad showing this time. Alioune was supposed to be there, not sure what happened.

Guys i'm going to buy my first fightstick. I have 2 options: 1) MadCatz Arcade Fightstick PRO 2) Hori SCV
I can't try them, so I just can blind-buy one of them. In your experience, which one is better and why?
thanks a lot.

I don't know about the Hori stick but I have the MadCatz one and I am definitely happy with it. There is nothing about it that I don't like.
