I believe on block, yes. But to my knowledge the frame advantage difference on hit is inconsistent. Again, I'm not positive, and there may just be a number of special cases (hence my confusion) | ||

Love that guy Rolento is so annoying to play against. People just do the most random nutty stuff and then when they feel like actually doing damage just cr.mk rekkas. He's like Yang but with ROLLLS | ||
