i had a 3 minute break between running other pools and playing my own, i volunteered this year and helped run a ton of shit. if ajy of you watched the salty suite... you're welcome, i dragged all that shit there and set up all those AE money matches lol

i went 0-2 vs two bisons and played like utter garbage. directly afterwards i went to the VIP and sat in training mode for over an hour... then i started playing people. beat the korean viper in a set, got a match off fchamp with my sakura lolol. played a ton of good players and learned a lot so im not too disappointed. my pool was stacked anyway so i wouldnt havr made it in stream over bonchan xian ricky air tokido and laugh LOL

Anyone here from North America that plays on xbox? I'm looking for some people to practice with I suppose. I'm not the greatest, but I'm not the worst either. PM me your live name if you want to play.

Also thanks Shikyo for the Ibuki vs Sagat tips. It's always been a very hard MU for my Sagat since he has no decent way to escape her vortex. I need to start tightening up my timing so I can focus her air dagger cross up. It's just so god damn hard to punish anything she does because of Sagat's crappy speed/range. His fast normals have such limited range it's frustrating when someone gets in your face.

I've been using Dee Jay a lot lately. Almost at a B rank with him now. I really like him other than the fact his dread kicks don't hit smaller characters while they're crouched. I also need to get better at 1 frame links, since his entire game play is based around landing 1 frame links. Also I can't dash into U2 for the life of me.

You dontneed to dash. Use ex manypunch(wtf thus move called) to get charge, then walk forward a step, and from forward do a a half circle through down to up-back.

Imagine the gate like your numpad, charge 1 during the EX, then 6 (walking forward), 32147 PPP

Anything with a USB plug can be used on a PC. You may need to download some software to get it to work, depending on what you're using it for. For example, my XBox360 stick works without software in AE2012 and Melty Blood, but if I want to use it for various Steam games, I need a separate program.
