Hit confirm: c.lp c.lp c.lk xx lp criminal upper/mk ruffian kick
cl.fp c.fp (or c.mp for easier link) xx hp criminal upper/mk ruffian kick (easy to confirm because the cl.fp takes a while to happen, easy to recognize and finish combo)
Cody high damage punishes:
f+mp cl.mp c.mp (or c.fp) xx whatever
cl.fp c.lp c.mp xx whatever
Guy hitconfirm is really only c.lk c.lk, link target combo (s.mp s.fp) cancel to whatever, or target combo (s.mp s.fp s.rh) cancel to throw/juggle with shoulder. the rest is all about movement.

Wish damage scaling didn't hurt evil ryu so much ... FADC punish comboes are almost worthless on him and 4bar FADC comboes are never worth it -.- 388 -> 452 yippee ... Probably more worthwhile to just end the normal BnB combo with a hard knockdown with the FADC instead.
Then again if Evil Ryu can gain 2 bars during 17 attacks(pretty sure he can) he has a 6 bar combo against Sagat that deals somewhere around 580 damage ... (Now to just land the 10 1-frame links)
Hmm nevermind I guess he can't really gain 2 meters >_< So then he needs to finish with ex tatsu into ultra or something meh
