Any noticeable matches? I've already seen the vods from the last few pages that people have recommended (Uryo-Nemo, Nemo-Poongko, Tokido-RF, Mago-Dragon Smasher and the grand finals)

If your friend has 4000+pp than you are not going to be able to beat him with cool new mixups. Work on solid play, your AAs and decision making. i would suggest more st.mk

I've been searching for a Madcatz TE stick round 2 for the PS3 and on Amazon uk they wont ship it to my adress I dont know if it that they just dont ship that stuff to Sweden or whatever, but then I searched around for it on all the swedish sites Prisjakt, Pricerunner and Blocket found nothing. Anyone who either lives in sweden and knows where you can buy one or someone who just has alot of knowledge on the subject. As always thanks in advance.

Any cool new mixups, anybody? honestly, your friend is the best practice partner possible. you have resources such as SRK to learn tricks, but if you can get hundreds of games with him that's the best way to beat him. this reminds of the time when I played against my Balrog friend, who I gave a 10 game loss streak when we first played. we kept playing until he started to learn the way I play with Chun and now I can't really touch him. He became one of the best Balrogs in PSN.

Some friends of mine completely skipped learning the absolute fundamentals such as a Ryu player doing the simple crouching medium kick into fireball and started playing online right away. Suffice to say they were frustrated quite quickly. I really wish they made it so you could queue for online games and be in training mode in the meantime. I don't like fighting vs. the AI. Anyway, I would recommend reading up on the most common and easiest combos your character can do (I think a few simple cancelled normals into specials are good enough for a start) and then see how you like it. I also think a few competitive friends – as in the ones who actually want to get better at the game – are great to learn the game with as there's absolutely zero pressure. Oh and don't blame your terrible execution on your 360 analogue stick. Everyone I know does it and I did it as well. Even on the 360 pad you can play just fine once you get used to it. Lastly don't get frustrated. Some days I win a few games in a row, the other I easily halved my player points within a day after 20 or so straight losses. Edit: MLG announced a new series of MLG-themed arcade sticks (and Controllers). I really hope they will release a wave of them in Europe, considering how ridiculous the prices for 360 TEs are these days.
