Buying the $12 tier is actually a waste of money because it's cheaper to pay the "Beat the Average" price and Endless Space on Steam separately than to buy them together for $12.
Normally the average is quite high. This time the expensive game isn't a crowd attractor though.

Actually it's the other two Endless games (Endless Legend and Dungeon of the Endless) that are free for the weekend, although Endless Space is on sale. It's kind of a bummer though, since I was hoping to get to try Endless Space before buying it.
Also the Humble Store is having a RPG Weekend sale. Out of the stuff that's on sale, I've only really played the Van Helsing games which are quite good as far as ARPGs go.

Online Multiplayer Weekly Humble Bundle
Game with (and against) your friends. Time to flex your gaming muscles and show those around you who's the best. Pay what you want for Primal Carnage, God Mode, and Boid (Early Access). Pay more than the average price, and you'll also receive Chariot, Blade Symphony, and GoD Factory: Wingmen. Pay $10 or more, and you get all of that plus Homebrew - Vehicle Sandbox (Early Access)!
any of these good?

I'm pretty interested in the game Sunless Sea, but am pretty strapped for both cash and time right now so I don't need to get it now, but it's on sale on Steam. It's normally $19 and with the sale it's now $15.19 (20% off). I haven't paid too much attention to the big sale events in the past so I'm looking for advice, is it likely to reach a lower price during the Summer Sale or something? Or would it probably be the same discount? Or is it difficult to predict? Thanks for any help!

If it had price tag of 5 euro, maybe 7 (like FTL for example) i would recommend it to you. But for 15 it seems just not right. It's not FTL meets Sid Meier's Pirates, it's a grindy game that have nice story that is butchered by the the fact that often to advance it you need to grind some stuff. Combat is medicore at best, trading is basicly non existant and it feels like a chore. I liked the early access version cause i had hopes they would adjust the medicority of some game mechanics given time, but that wasn't the case.

It's roguelike sells on steam. Any tips? I loved binding of isaac and risk of rain, I liked don't starve and did not like spellunky.

Dungeons of Dredmor, Rogue Legacy and FTL check some of those if you haven't yet.

I can second Dungeons of Dreadmore and FTL, loving Risk of Rain as well.

I shall also cast another vote for FTL. I have almost 200 hours on that game somehow. Probably should have spent my college years doing something more productive.

The new bundle from bundlestars is pretty awesome, although there are some repeats from humble and others
Indie Legends Bundle

That is a really solid bundle. Does bundlestars.com have bundles like this normally?
The current weekly humblebundle is really good too.
