And damn, Divinity:OS. I am really positively surprised by this. Playing the coop mode is alot of fun and I see some replayability there with different approaches to the story and/or different characters. Can recommend picking this up now or when it gets a bit cheaper.

I can recommend this game if you like roguelikes. It is basically binding of isaac with much faster gameplay but unfortunately less depth. It is on early access and they are releasing a new version almost every week.

I guess this was it for me this Sale. Wanted Shovel Knight, Wasteland 2, Divinity: Original Sin, Metro 2033 Redux, FarCry4, Alien: Isolation and Banner Saga, but none was up for a reasonable price to me.

The only one of these that had an unreasonable price is Metro 2033 redux imo. I got the original for 2.50 before it was popular or something and now they want 12.50 for a graphics update. Can't balk at 50% off recently released games though. I preordered DS2 and didn't regret it!

Child of Lighr its a good game too, the combat its pretty good and the story its quite decent I dont know anything about Wasteland 2 :/ Spec Ops the Line, besides being your typical TPS, it has a very impactful story, it makes you feel bad for doing what you do in military shooters and ask you if you ever knew what you were doing, while the gameplay its pretty bland, the story push you through the game !

One of the more enjoyable RPGs I've played in a while, especially once you get used to combat. Witcher 2 got everything right: difficult but not impossible combat (weak creatures can kill quite easily in numbers), meaningful skill trees, meaningful crafting and exploration as well. Your decisions influence what happens in the game: you can avoid fighting in some circumstances through dialogue if you so wish. Really an excellent game. I know I've had this conversation before, in this very thread actually but there's no way to search through the hundreds of pages to find it, but is it worth it even if I've never played the first? Speaking of the first is it just not on steam? I'm on the Witcher 1's steam page thing and there's no option to purchase it

It is "interesting" ? Yes, essential ? No,not at all I would still buy both games thou, as Witcher 1 its damn good too

But if you are an avid RPG fan, is not a bad choice IMO. But seriously, if you dont have The Witcher 2, WTF is wrong with you....GO GET IT NOW!! --------->http://store.steampowered.com/app/20920/

Some of the story elements might seem a bit off but it doesn't stop you from understanding what on earth is going on. There are lots of mentions of lore that actually require you read the books tbh.

The game makes you think you can ignore combat skills. Don't be fooled. You need to level up at least 1 weapon because of mandatory boss fights ala Deus Ex:HR.
