I played both Napoleon Total War ( over 200 hours ) and the demo of Shogun 2 I found Napoleon Total War alot more enjoyable to play ( the battles ) but I havent put a long time into Shogun and never played the full game so dont read too much into it. I did buy Shogun 2 though, because I loved Napo so much and expect alot from Shogun, I'm hoping that the full game is alot more fun. In short, Napoleon Total War is great, not sure about Shogun 2 yet.

It's a regular game to be on sale though from christmas sales to random promotions like the Potato sack. The bundle is only 12e/whatever $ atm though, very much worth the price.

Not as low as it was a few days ago but it won't go that low again. Now's still a fine time to pick it up for $10. In empire, ranged units have such destructive power that it is nearly impossible to break battle lines with melee, while in shogun it's way easier to roll up an entire army if you break their lines cleverly.

Game is best enjoyed in a co-op session with friends. === Edit: Today's reccomendations. I can recommend the following games. * The Witcher 2 * Portal 2 * GTA4 * Magicka * Assassin's Creed box I can only recommend Battlefield BC2 if you are an experienced FPS player as it does not seem to be very noob friendly and harder then Black Ops. The games I played on it I found very frustrating and it did not give me the feel that I wanted: that of a FPS game that you can mindlessly boot up and kill some dudes.
