I would be very cautious of that game, it has been in development for a while and was supposed to come out before the firaxis remake of Xcom. I would wait. XCom will get a Expansion and then the Game will get way cheaper. And The Offer for "The Bureau" is stupid. NEVER PREORDER GAMES! Especially Games lik that, when you don't even know what they are!
And even if its the greatest game ever, you can get cheaper steamgames for like ~30$ at release. NEVER BUY NEW GAMES ON STEAM!
