I heard it has a ton of glitches and while i would like some good hack'n slay action i really hate games with glitches. Theres nothing more frustrating than randomly dying
Or should i get Dark souls for the price of Darksiders 1+2? I didn't really like darksiders 1 that much but darksiders 2 is a really fun game.
I'm the complete opposite, really enjoyed 1's dark zelda thing but couldn't really get into 2.

I'm starting to turn in to a real hoarder... I was looking through the <5 euro section in steam and picked some really good ones. I only spend like 14 euros the first day for like 6 games. :D
My day 1 buys: Grid (Was looking for racing games, and this was really cheap. Also friends told me this one was really good) McPixel (80 cents and it has trading cards, so I might actually even make money on that lol), StrikeSuit Inifinity (probably not that good, but for 1.5 eur, np, and again with trading cards), Blocks That Matter (Cheap and looked fun), FUEL (Was looking for racing games, and was pretty cheap), To The Moon (IGF finalist, and looked pretty cool),
My day 2 buys so far: XCOM + DLC (I was waiting for this to go on sale :D, 75% off is pretty nice), Fez (Amazing game, was waiting for this to go on sale), Dyad, (Cheap, and looked like fun. Good metascore also) Chivalry (Was waiting for this to go on sale)
I really recommend Fez, FTL and Rogue Legacy btw!

To The Moon was all the rage in the last sale. I hear the story is beyond good. They are also making a sequel and have a bridge story call Bird Story in the works as well.

To The Moon is more of an interactive story than a game, but dear god it's one worth playing.

Keep on the look out for their "footballish" game called Frozen Endzone. I am sure it will be just as popular. what!! I will 100% be looking for that :O Too Good!!!!!! Slightly drifting off topic but where on steam can I vote for that thing? Those guys deserve it. :3 it has already been greenlit I think, now just gotta wait for its release Yup I'm waiting with salivating teeth. If it wasn't I'd be throwing money at my screen too. slightly more on topic... If anyone is familiar with penny-arcade their games are on sale too.
Would recommend any of these games if you're a SNES RPG fan. Hilarious story and nostalgic combat for a cheap price, well worth it.

So far FTL and Surgeon Simulator is my haul. I can't wait till Kerbal Space Program comes.

lol my bank flagged valve as a possible scam and declined my debit from there.
gaben please

The bank knows your pockets are about to go thru some things that's all. lol

Hmm, everything I'd want from today's sale I already own.
For the community choice, I voted Sleeping Dogs since it seems pretty cool. I never got into Total War or Street Fighter.

How is GTA 4 now? I've heard and read reviews of how poor the PC port was. Is the game better now with all the needed updates or are mods still heavily needed?

I've spent way too much money on this year's summer sales already :D

Oh my what an experience that game was. The soundtrack was astounding, simply beautiful. And forget about the story, highly recommend if you feel like you need to get some crying out of your system.

OMG, nostalgia!! COMMANDOS collection for e3.99!!
my brother and I still say an accented "alarm! alarm!" when something comes up.

The problems were in the very beginning. Everything is patched now. Neither me nor any1 of my friends had problems playing GTA IV or Liberty City Stories

Also looking for a racing game... Grid or FUEL? Any recommendations? (and reasons - thanks). EDIT: based on a few reviews I think I'll go for Grid. Also I completely agree with the FTL recommendation (also the sound track is available for like a buck more).

I'm usually not one to grab too many extras but you can't beat $1 for a whole soundtrack.

To The Moon: Buy if you want to cry because of a sad story told in a beautiful way Little Inferno: Buy for your girl friend Don't starve: Buy if you like crafting game, buy if you like Binding of Isaac, buy if you like to grind Diablo in Hardcore :D... I think many people will like this game for very different reason.
The Swapper: Insta-buy if it get on sales
MCPixel: I bought because it was 80 cent and I participated the game jam where it was conceived.. 20 sec to solve a puzzle (or else you usually explode), you feel like mcgyver on steroids :D

And for either one, is there any DLC that I should pick up for them? I haven't played SFxT, but Super Street Fighter 4 AE is worth picking up. Great game, and relatively well balanced for having 39 characters. And the DLC for it is just cosmetics. No characters added in DLC then? That's good to know.

Yeah, it's one thing that SSF4AE does right. I mean, the costumes are nice, but they are cosmetics at the end of the day, so if you're short on money to be on a Steam sale, you can skip them.
