Jagged Alliance 2 is also on sale . Probably my favorite game of all time . I don't even know how many times i played through that game ( ~50 times i reckon ) and how much fun the different merchs are and how hillarious their interactions are . Still have my discs lying around though so no need to get it again . Still the pinnacle of turn-based tactics by FAR especially with the 1.13 mod . Man i was so dissapointed with Back in Action last year not worthy of the title Jagged Alliance .
DId you try silent storm? it has better combat mechanics by far as far as i am concerned. Plus there is a mod that makes the Ai quite mean.

i want to comment on this again.
I bought dungeon keeper 2 from them and the game runs in software mode and crashes constantly, a known problem. I bought theme hospital and my mouse keeps getting stuck on the border, plus the normal gamespeed is bugged, so you can only run it on fast or slow. Also known problems. I bought Zeus and Poseidon and some vital animations take 20 times longer than they should, also a known problem.
So all of those games are not working properly. I consider GoG a scamsite now, all they do is rerelease OLD titles that were given away for free in PC magazines 10 years ago. They kinda make you expect that the games actually work better than those old versions and they charge nice sums for it, but nothing actually works.
just my warning. Dont expect the games on GoG to actually work on modern systems.

I have never had an issue with any games I bought from GoG aside from setting up some tricky compatibility options for some of them.
A lot of GoG games are just using DosBox with some custom configurations. It's pretty much the same as owning those games and running them in DosBox yourself, but most of those games are actually hard to find these days through normal means.
Almost all of them are classed as abandonware by this point. Technically it's still unlawful to "acquire" abandonware since it never officially had its copyright revoked. It's basically never going to happen that someone will actually bother to take you to court on this and the legal means of getting these games don't actually result in anyone that matters seeing a dime of it, so in terms of choosing whether you want to pay GoG for these games or "acquire" them through other means, it's really just a matter of principle and nothing more.
Pretty much any game that's sold through Humble Store is best bought from them--you get Steam keys in addition to DRM-free versions, as well as having access to versions on all platforms.

Maybe ill just aquire some other games like yango said and consider myself and GoG even :p
Sounds like you've just been very unlucky I've bought 10+ games from GoG and I've only had problems with Outcast.

Their whole library is 50% off this weekend. Would be intelligent to wait and see if the game you want goes onto additional sale though.

Do you get the Steam keys for every game? Has anyone tried it?
Edit: nvm, "DRM: Steam"
Edit2: Can't I buy it in Germany? "We are unable to provide the following item(s) to the delivery address you have selected. Please remove them to continue with the checkout. " it says
from the reddit thread for this deal: Get Games Representative "Important Due to Steam key restrictions this deal is not available in: Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Repub, Lithuania, India Apologies for not making this clear earlier, this is due to a miscommunication that goes above your humble Reddit rep."
