So, i got an additional copy of Torchlight 2 which i could trade, does someone have something cool he wants to give me for it?

Anyone else having trouble accessing Steam website? Whenever I try to open Store page or forums etc., it just takes too long and at the end the page opens but without any visuals or UI etc., just simple blank page, like what would happen if you disabled javascript. I can't buy anything because nothing opens. Even the ingame store through Dota 2 doesn't work.

Bleak, I have had that since I moved to China. I have no idea why it occurs, but if somebody has a solution I would be happy as well.

Sindriss, it's about DNS settings. At least for me. I was using Google DNS and the moment I got my DNS settings automatically, the problem was gone. Try to change your DNS settings and try again.
Anyway folks, I haven't burnt cash at Steam for a long time now and feel the need to, any suggestions on something kickass?

It's one of the most terrifying games I ever played, I absolutely hate it but I can't stop playing. It's truly, truly awesome in a very sadistic kind of way. ;o

Here's a few games I've bought and played recently that's been fun: They bleed pixels, Torchlight 2, Counter strike go, Dark souls, Awesomenauts, Gotham city impostors (now free to play), Orcs must die 2, Recettear, Dustforce (now in the humble indie bundle). If you like transformers, Fall of cybertron was pretty kickass as well.

Well I have D3 so if I wanna play dungeon crawling I think D3 will satisfy me...Maybe I can check out Counter Strike though.

You need to play TL2, like, RIGHT NOW. Well if you are a D2 fan that's it. Orc must die 2 (a well made 3D Tower Defense game) and FTL (faster than light, rogue like game) are fun little games.
ALSO, just saw this: Rome: Total War Gold is €1 on Steam today http://store.steampowered.com/app/47...WarWeekend_616
And there is daily deals on other Total Wars titles too

Wow, all TW games for $32 is pretty awesome. I would totally do that if I didn't already own all of them =/
Rome and Shogun 2 are the two best, cannot recommend them enough. Rome is fantastic if you have even a passing interest in ancient history, while Shogun 2 is amazing for it's fantastic polished gameplay. I cannot wait for Rome 2, here's hoping they learned all of their lessons from what made Shogun 2 great and don't pull another Empire on us.

Is Binary Domain worth $10? GMG is having a sale for a Steam key.
|
Binary Domain used to have a lot of PC port issues (specifically with mouse controls). That was a while ago, but if you plan on playing it with keyboard+mouse, you should probably check whether they were fixed first.
Other than that, it's the most generic 3rd person cover based shooter kind of game with nothing at all remarkable about it. If you're looking to burn some time on a game like that, then $10 is okay for the content you get. Otherwise, it's not really worth buying at any price.

I couldn't resist getting Rome: Total War for 1.00 USD lol
|
Computer performances & price are not an obstacle anymore, I will try total war now! edit : wow my new connection is amazing 1.7MB/sec, not that much but I'm so accustomed to 400ko/s

(I'm guessing Darthmod ez #1 as usual?)

O.o Rome: Total War is cheap. Deal ending in 9 minutes, get it quick!
On another note, you know how Steam loves to give you games to try for the weekend? There's some dumb CoD game now. I hate it. In fact, I won't buy any game that gets forced upon me. Is there any way to prevent these crappy games from appearing in your library?

The Binding of Isaac is out for 1,25 right now. I hear so much good things about it, and yet it looks like a simple shooter to me. Anyone care to explain what's so special about the game?

You can have Steam only display installed games in your library, and then you won't see it unless you install the game.
Binding of Isaac is Zelda-ish dungeons (but you shoot tears instead of whacking stuff with a sword) done in roguelike style: permadeath, randomized dungeons.

Binding of isaac is strange, not very good controls, not very deep gameplay, and stuff is badly balanced, but on the otherside art, world, music and humor is good. It is a game a like to play over better games if I'm not feeling like playing at all.
