Meaning : this game is gorgeous.
I must be retarded because I found machinarium extremely challenging. Its hard to appreciate the artwork when I'm in a state of blind rage.
You're not, some of the game is just hard. Either very outside the box thinking/occasionally unhelpful interface, or difficult puzzles. I definitely wouldn't call it easy, but thankfully their hint/solution system lets you bypass anything which is sending you over the edge, and enjoy all the beauty.

for the story: YES! if you are a fan of the series and played all previous parts, revelations is a must buy to see the conclusion. the game itself was a little bit disappointing. its very similar to brotherhood. only slight gameplay changes and theres an integrated "tower defense" feature called "Den Defense", which is really annoying and doesnt fit into the game at all.
Pieismyign - that's hard question to answer? If you are fan of AC games, you probably know that answer for yourself, if you never played AC, then my suggestion is NO, get previous AC first (maybe 2). All AC games are similar to each other, new ones just keep getting better, but price/satisfaction is probably currently the best with AC2.
If you enjoyed the previous games and what more of the same, then yea. Admittedly I haven't played it yet, but I've been watching some playthroughs and it looks very very similar to the previous two.
I am still making my way through Brotherhood, so I'm not in a rush to pick it up just yet, but I probably will do sometime over the next few months.

DS doesnt seem worth it for the price. If you want a quick D3 fix try Torchlight.

L4D2 is probably just as easy to learn as TF2. You'll have to learn all the types of weapons as a human and the types of zombies, but nothing too complicated. Definitely a very fun game, especially if playing with friends!
