-There's some weird graphics bug going on when the game is in fullscreen. I have to run it in windowed mode for it to be playable. hopefully it will be fixed in a patch. -The game is difficult. Seriously. I'm playing on normal and i've lost count how many times i've died lol. I consider myself pretty good at the first game as i can breeze through on hard difficulty but that doesnt help at all because the combat is completely different. I can chalk up the first couple of deaths to having no idea how the controls work, but after that its just from the game being so unforgiving of mistakes. Miss a block? lose ~50% hp. Surrounded? instant death. This isnt necessarily BAD, its just something you have to get used to, i guess. Quicksave often. That said, the combat is A LOT more engaging and fun than the first game. -Graphics looks really good. Although my computer can only handle low settings, it looks a lot better than i expected. I can only imagine what it looks like on max settings. -Dialoues are great (Its one of the most important things in an RPG in my book). A few things have changed since the first game. You can now use the axii sign to do sort of 'jedi mind trick' or whatever, pretty cool. Also, dialogue options are listed at the side of the screen intead of at the bottom and theres icons in front of some 'special' options. All in all I'm really impressed by this game. I cant wait to get back to it! | ||

Windows 7 64bit 4GB RAM Athlon II X2 250 3GHz Radeon HD 5650 512Mb I'm playing in 1440*900 windowed mode, but i think it will run fine in 1650*1050 fullscreen if the graphics bug is fixed | ||

@Worforce yeh i died so many times too. Wasn't expecting the game to be this challenging based off all the other games on the market. But its a good thing, once i got used to it i don't die so much. | ||

I'm currently going through it, now in the swamps, is it worth it to play out the entire game or is it possible to go to part 2 without missing much of the story? | ||

Right now, I'm somewhere in the middle of the first act. The game does not disappoint and my expectations were *extremely* high. This is the best looking game I have ever played, including the last Crysis and Metro (albeit the art style is quite different and suits my taste more, so some people may disagree, which is understandable). There are *no* loading screens (apart from the ones between the acts, 4 of them, as far as I know), I didn't suffer any glitches, bugs or framerate drops (although some did - I did install the day 1 patch, maybe it helped). Dialogues are beautifully written, the camera work is magnificent. The game is significantly than the previous installment, which is good. The combat is more action-oriented, but even on normal you are forced to think (sometimes, backstabs kill you outright, you cannot let yourself get surrounded, you need to dodge, block, time your attacks properly and plan ahead). I will write more and in greater detail once I'm done with the game (for the first time, because I do plan to play through it multiple times), but for now - goodbye world. As of now, 10/10; I hope it stays that way. Yes, I'm Polish - and I couldn't care less about who made the game. What's important is that it lives up to the hype - and in every single regard, which is rare nowadays (or even non-existant). | ||

I'm running the game on 1440x900 with everything maxed out, ubersampling off - I didn't even try turning it on yet, maybe it will work (I have to use my spare monitor for the moment), the rig: i5-760 OC'd to 3.6 ghz GeForce 470 GTX SOC (core, shader & memory OC'd by about 25% each) 4GB of DDR3 running at 1800. Samsung F3 HDD. As of now - no glitches, no bugs, no problems with the installation, activation, anything else. | ||
