I have Q6600 (2.4 ghz quad), 4gb ram, gtx 560 ti, but I think I'll put everything around medium. I'd rather play at solid 60fps rather than going 20-40 fps for some trivial visuals. I also don't like some of the effects like motion blur so turning it off should help it run better.

Recommended settings means "high settings" and the 560 isn't recommended, but the 570 (changed) is on Origin's site.

Yeah none of them swept around the area to check to see if someone was just chilling, I was surprised it was only him there and no squad mates at least, that's pretty common in BC2. They might not have been playing real smart but that guy enigma was pretty sick, I like how he focused on the bolt action and pistol and transitioned quickly every time without really hesitating. Oh btw off topic but tonight I got my highest scoring match in BC2, it was 17842. I was at4'ing heli's like there was no tomorrow! :D

I believe Repi corrected that, stating that the recommended system is indeed GTX 560 instead of the 570 stated on origin.

@repi you guys changed the recommended specs for bf3 again? on the origin page for bf3, the card for recommended is now gtx 570, not 560.

Beta is 3.9gb's after all so it is almost twice as large as we all thought and for those with "early" access in US you should get your key 4am Pacific and 7am Eastern. BF3Blog shows that they spaced all the times out because of stress on the servers for downloads. Funny if that would be true though because when it becomes open beta in a couple days I wonder what kinda "stress" that would cause.
