The interface is as awful as I feared, but not bad enough to keep me from playing. I feel like I'm playing a 1990 DOS game having to navigate menus with a keyboard since the mouse can't hardly click on anything.

The system is actually very fluid. As long as it's in your list of favorites, you can set anything (including weapons) to keys 1-8. If you double tap it you will dual wield the spell. If you have a one-handed weapon drawn, you can cycle through all your spells in your left hand with hotkeys and keep the sword out.

Game looks weird as fuck on 90, I've found 80 to be optimal for me. By the way, can anyone describe the problems that make the game "unplayable" with mouse? I get that from a lot of sources, but I haven't noticed anything weird at all with the mouse (I only increased sensitivity by 2 notches), so just curious I guess...

Here's some ps3 footage. If PC can do better, I doubt it would be by much or even very noticable. The side by side screens I've seen of Ultra and Low are barely different at all. Depends if you like Steam I guess. VERY NICE!! THX!! I duno, all of the reviews I've read from gaming sites go out of their way to state that Skyrim looks by far the best on PC.

Only really get above 60 fps inside places. Guess we'll have to wait for updates/drivers ;o
