I think after playing d3, all the games are pretty awesome. Wt a shitty game, anw his box can be used as weight for paper or monitor alignment.

Anyway, having been able to chew on the ME3 over the past couple months, it still bugs me that Bioware managed to attach such a shitty ending to an otherwise wonderful piece of art. Usually I have gone back and replayed the ME games multiple times, but with ME3, I have only played it once and don't really want to play the story again because of the ending.
let's be serious... The start was rather mediocre, the dialogue was forced (take this side or that) half the time and your previous accomplishments had nearly zero affect ... What the fuck happened with rachni? I thought they'd have my back, but they're all like "nope, we'll go hide" lucky for them THERE ARE NO RELAYS to ever be found.
Omfg this game frustrated me, and the fact you give it a solid rating on the story line and terrible ending is frustrating, because the storyline was so bad compared to ME2 and ME1, if it was as sequal to ME2 that'd be fine but to conclude the entire series? bullshit.

The story in Diablo 3 is a super minor part of the game and it being shitty doesn't hurt the game nearly as much as it does ME3.

So I just finished ME3 and.................................................................................................................................

I agree, D3 story was really lame and I honestly did not care. Diablo is about killing stuff and getting loot and doing it over and over and over again. Mass effect is about story, choice, fun combat. Those come to mind when i think about it. ME 3 is actually a great game. It tells the story of the war. I still felt really invovled while playing the game, and I loved every moment of the story. Do I want more? Yes i want more mass effect. I needed more conclusion, it is hard to say goodbye to these people that we invested a ton of time with and hopefully on Tuesday the ending will be concluded and we will all be happy.

Most of the time, you go around saving politicians and unite alliance, there were no twists, no nothing. Then come the ending, which didn't explain anything and made absolutely no sense if you have you played previous games and payed moderate attentions.

The good side of ME3 was about resolving some of the conflicts from the previous game, like the genophage and the Quarian/Geth issue. It wasn't really anything new, but it was a good closure to the situation of the galaxy, you discovered what would happen to the people you cared about since the first game and you choices actually mattered and dictated how things would go. It was basically the oposite of the ending. I always felt like the side stories were much better than the main storyline in ME though.

yeah but the point of the story was to bring everyone together to fight together, so of course you are gonna be doing missions based on that.

Does anyone know at what time will the DLC be avaliable?

|
The DLC is already available.
|
really I don't see it available to me...on origin that is.

Trash logic, trash storytelling, closed a couple plotholes, opened new ones. Anywhere I can read about story from DLC with all spoilers included?

So now that we know for sure that the developers didn't have a genious masterplan behind the me3 ending we can safely assume that they just didn't care about it. Three different endings with three different colors and that's it, so pathetic from bioware. I will never buy another game from them.

I'm interested in the additions they made (though I'm already aware of the 4th option to refuse to choose one of the 3 options), but I honestly don't see how anyone could have legitmately thought the DLC would fix anything. Even if you explain some of the random shit that happened, it's still shit.

I expect 5 colors instead of 3 ...lol! It will be so bad, I know it :D

You guys can check out the reddit thread reddit thread for info on the DLC. Spoilers are moderately tagged, but the first comment includes links to videos of the various extended endings.
