Welp... i've been trying to find a solution and i still am; and i've been reading alot of ppl saying its MP server side error ; im still looking for info, i ll edit after.
Edit: Are you useing a texture pack? if yes try removing it

I crash and freeze a lot if I play on high settings, not sure why but maybe try lower settings?
Is the server down for anyone else? Having trouble logging in

It's been a known issue that you crash on high view settings, set it to normal.
I'm not sure if it's still like that, but that's what caused crashing before.

yea, no texture pack, low settings, render distance on short...

Turns out Toren was crashing the server. :p
Issue fixed, so the crashing should stop.

* Added cookies
* Sleeping in a bed now resets your spawn position
* New Minecraft Logo
* Holding Shift while climbing will hang onto the ladder.
* Spiders will no longer trample crops
* Lots and lots of infrastructure for Statistics lists and Achievements.
