Aside from you spamming and cursing at admins for "kicking" you, even though they explained you were using a bad client to connect... being a complete dumbass on multiple occasions, attempting to harass a female player, and attempting to grief multiple times are all other reasons why you're not exactly valued on the server.
Coming into a community and acting like a complete tool isn't the best way to introduce yourself, and you were banned for it.

Indeed. Go make posts on TL yelling FUCK YOU to the staff, trolling, and disrupting threads. See how long you last before being banned. Even worse that you decided to be so obnoxious in your first ten minutes on the server.
I have no idea why you feel that kind of behavior should be accepted.
PS - No admins were "joking around" with you. All four of the admins online at the time were literally begging me to allow them to ban you.

I will, however, point out that he wasn't banned for curiosity. He was banned for negligence towards other players. It should be common sense that if you remove something, at least put it back after you satisfy your curiosity. In his case, it apparently wasn't.
That being said, it was (is?) a temp ban.

I skipped the missing dirt blocks part, somehow. Regardless, I'm not going to argue any psychology behind text. People have different ways to dealing with getting in trouble and his way seemed albeit less aggressive than other banned individuals. I don't know the individual personally but I believe it was just an honest mistake on his part and wouldn't want him to be deprived of a server like TL, which is quite a catch relative to the dime-a-dozen crap servers out there.

To say one last thing on the matter:
It was a house I built with another player, and he did not only put dirtsteps, he also destroyed glass to get on the roof which, even if you don't know the game is kind of obvious that you don't do that, especially if the sign in front of the door says "don't modify".
I also believe that it was a mistake and that he should have his 2nd chance because he sounds to me like it was a first time thing, but the temp ban was righteous.
On another note, Serejai should maybe update the OP again, it's a bit outdated in some parts and doesn't even have the rules anymore.
