Also, why is the GL quest required for the SA story quest even though it has a lower level requirement? I can't use instance matching for SA anymore even though I haven't done it yet :/ | ||

A shitload of stuff they made available for earlier levels here by scaling down mobs (and not tactics) is all formerly end game stuff. | ||
