It's all well and good for Arsenal fans to blame the referee, but when your defense concedes 4 goals in under half an hour I don't see how you can possibly put all the blame on the ref.

Ugh @ Maxi. The man is decent in everything except putting the ball in the goal... It really is amazing how good Carragher still is. Thankfully Johnson is back though, since Carragher is such a terrible full back.

and I knew this was too high profile a game to start Torres in. He needed to be introduced later in the game or against a weaker team to get used to the Chelsea style.

Can already see the pro liverpool stories all over the news now, egh.

Liverpool was lucky today with the lack of penalties, but there is no doubt that they were the better team on the field. Awesome defense.

Liverpool's lucky on penalties, took the luck from Arsenal yesterday I say. But truth be told this new Liverpool playstyle is actually pretty solid. They're getting strong again.

Actually we aren't totally blaming the referee for yesterday horrible 4 - 4 game. Our defense sucked but everything kinda came together in a perfect storm of sorts. No wonder we lost the 4 goal lead. I'm still bitter about it.

yeah the camera cared more about torres than the goal celebration. Bit pathetic really.

Chelsea played crap but deserved a draw imo. Way more attempts on goal than liverpool. They score a scrappy goal then we get 2 blatant pens not given. Didn't deserve to lose.

Too much attention given to torres today, and no doubt more in the coming week, which is very unfair on the guy. But hey, what can you expect from the liverpool loving media.
