I don't think there were really any other poor decisions from the ref other than that, apart from possibly not giving Barca a penalty in the first half.

A game has two halves and the ref sure fucked up the 2nd half, softest red card (not saying that Arsenal would have won if RVP stayed on), Abidal / Adriano should have at least been give yellows for putting their hands around the throats of RVP / Nasri respectively. Fabregas was horrible and should have gone off when he felt the pain in his hamstring 15 mins instead of staying on and contributing nothing. Loved how when Abidal went down all play has to be stopped, but then when Wilshere goes down and play gets stopped Barca players are all whinging, and like someone posted earlier, Barca players are no different than C.Ronaldo, Busquets / Dani Alves are disgusting divers, Victor Valdez the trash keeper seems to love getting involved in everything running half the field to start fights. Nothing compares to the Chelsea / Barcelona tie though, definitely the worst referee'ing i've ever seen.

Not to take away from Barcelona though, really, a few dubious decisions aside, they are the best side in the world at the moment in my opinion, their midfield is just incredible. also:

No single decision was THAT horrible, it was more like 7 incidents between 20/80 and 80/20 for or against penalty where every single decision favoured barcelona. I hate conspiracy theories (and I don't believe this one either). But you could get some followers with this stuff! : 1) Fifa probably is corrupt and accepts bribes. + Show Spoiler + Panorama and the BBC investigated and found members accepting bribes. Sepp Blatter refused to allow his organisation to be investigated properly. The World Cup bidding process was controversial at best, I won't go into that now. 2) Mr Blatter dislikes the English league. This is one of many outspoken comments by him: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/premier-league/4945946/Fifas-Sepp-Blatter-fears-Premier-League-damage.html Basically he thinks the money and the attraction to lots of foreign talent damages European football. 3) This is the SECOND time that Barcelona have been protected versus an English club. First it was versus Chelsea which avoided another all-English final.

My point is that he applies the rules equally to both teams. and is not biased towards barca, like many arsenal supporters are complaining. btw about the videoin my opinion it wasn't a red just a yellow card, puyol didn't even touch him, but he put his foot betwenn puyol's leg. (unintentionally of course) and puyol if you watch the replay Puyol had no intention of trapping cesc's leg at all. A conspiracy, rofl why don't you guys talk about all the penalties not awarded to Barca? the penality in the 1st leg last CL agains Arsenal? Its just so easy to say theres a conspiracy in favor of barca if you ignore all the bad calls also, and they are a lot of them. Ovrebo was a disgrace to refereeing in general, please don't generalize all FIFA just because of 1 man.

Messi is behind him when the shot is made and still behind him when the ball rebounds. Nuff said there. It's the timing that just can't help but look suspicious. The ref makes no big decisions til Arsenal score then BAM he sends off RVP.

They call themselves Yiddos because they used to have a high Jewish following in London. Whenever another team comes up with a good chant their response is; wait a bit, then shout.... "wankers, wankers, wankers". English football fans are usually pretty funny in general tbh. The lack of wit is ironically funny.
