Christ, I'd love to see your attitude if you supported a lower league club that doesnt win the majority of thier game.
It's not the same here. I'm supporting one of the biggest clubs in the world. Now what have we done to deserve this loss? A loss by a silly defensive error. It's deflating, to say the least.
What have you done to deserve the loss? You lost the game..
That's a question that quite frankly, Confuses me. Both teams played over 90 minutes, why should you have a divine right to win the match? Just because you are 'one of the biggest clubs in the world' does not mean you deserve to win matches simply because of your stature. Goals come in any way, shape or form, In fact i recall Bendtner scoring against my club through a heavily deflected shot, followed by a soft Fabregas penalty. It works both ways, some times you're lucky, sometimes luck goes against you.
I must highly agree on that. First going the easy way and "supporting" a club that is contestant for titles in every competition they enter and then complain when you don't win, like it is your chosen right to do so and you've been betrayed, I cannot understand this attitude. But I guess when you cheer for a team that meets relegation every 5 years, you get a different sense of enjoyment about a football match.

I see both of you have totally missed the point of what I'm trying to express.
@Valenius: There is no divine right to win a match or anything about that. It's understood that Arsenal is a top club and with that great reputation comes great expectations. Of course I would feel terrible about my team losing the match when statistically we have a higher chance of winning it. I'd say that luck was against us today, and that's precisely why I phrased my previous comment as that. I believe we were as deserving to win today and to lose in such a way is pure agony.
@kazansky: For your information I've been supporting Arsenal for a very long time, what enthralled me in the first was was their way of playing and the economical management style of the team. Don't give me that "easy way" thing of supporting a top club. If that was the case I would have already jumped over to support some other club when we did not win any trophies for years.

I was talking about the volley... Maybe sarcasm doesn't go well through the internet but I thought that was sarcasm enough to identify lol Either way, rvp has scored more goals in 5 games than rooney has the whole season No, I do not want to have a debate..
Fuuuck, Roma only got 2-2 vs Parma (what's up with not being able to win games despite being several goals ahead? ). Well, at least people told me Totti was fantastic (scored a goal, only 3 goals left to 200 in Serie A now) and had some really pimp moves. T'was also his 600th Roma game overall. Legend.
I fucking hate not being able to watch all that many games at the moment due to work.

oh nvm then :D
btw whats with Fiorentina, they are sucking right now. they need to Sack Mijahlovic. 2 years ago they were on the top 4 now they are fighting relegation wtf
lol quite funny, especially if it was a dive originally then really bad manner. I remember about 10 years ago Arsenal/Kanu scored a goal when a player was receiving treatment and Arsenal had not given the ball back, it was in the FA cup, Arsenal won the match but offered replay which is the first time I can ever remember that sort of thing happening. They won the replay as well.
Should be good, a Chelsea win and Arsenal winning their game in hand puts them 1 point behind ManU with a home game against Man U still to come. Would be nice to go into the Arsenal/ManU game where the winner takes the lead in the league.
I'm not too optimistic about Chelsea's chances today against ManU. They've been extremely inconsistent (but then again, so has everyone in the Premier League) and they still can't get any decent offensive movements going against solid opposition. I'm hoping that they win, but I'll be watching with a bit of trepidation.
In other news, Van Persie has been ruled out of the Barcelona match. Arsenal players seem to be dropping left and right...
