Is this only available through the us.battle.net? I have the same problem, I'm only able to download the enGB version 1.0.0.7, while the enUS version is 1.0.0.33. I tried changing my language to English (US) and using us.battle.net instead to log in on my EU account, but I still get the old version. D:

Just making an observation. I'm personally going to talk with my wallet, and not purchase. I'm still not a big fan of games losing offline play, but then again I've realized that times are changing, and games are going to be pushing more and more towards online. Numerous games have proven that there is still a huge market for 100% online games, and it's big enough that you can ignore the pure offline crowd and still make a crap load of profit. As long as this fact remains true, "always online" games will continue. I guess I just learned to accept it. I've been through all the stages of grief: denial, anger, yadda yadda. I'm just gonna stop raging and have fun with it. Games companies aren't gonna stop just because of hardcore internet nerds yelling at them.
