Yea WW gets shutdown by counter jungling early game, then its silly trying to lane without good AS. (ntm piss off ur solo laner)

In team fights u dont contribute much except maybe snipe 1 of them. Depending if ur team can 4v5 the fight he does cleanup quite well. (but being in the middle of the fight he'll just die if theres no lvl adv or hasnt maxed items imo).

I would lower WW and put Panth above him in terms of overall effectiveness. Cant really comment about the other champs.

by the time season 1 comes out i'll be switching to sc2 anyways.

i don't think i can put in the effort of finding a team and practicing with them haha. my rl friends are decent but they don't really understand metagame shit, just mechanical/instinct stuff.

If I were to chomp down on specifics
Ashe is good, and annoying, but against a significant number of heroes she's dead weight. Olaf, Pantheon, Shaco, etc. she's just asking to die. Kayle is overrated - I've seen good players dominate with her but she's nowhere near as incredible as people would like to make her out to be. Warwick is outclassed by the majority of junglers (he jungles fast but that's about it), Sivir is a dime a dozen, and Annie is good but nothing I'd consider "tier 1" just because of what I'd rate tier 1 as. The lack of Heimer is Tier 1 is laughable considering how much he's screwing up the game right now, rating Pantheon anything less than Tier 1 right now (late-game fall-off aside he's still one of the most impactful in the game) is also amusing, Gragas sucks, Morgana is also a dime a dozen (I'd only take painfuL's Morg), Jax is terrrrrrrrible, Shen is also pretty bad, Zilean is HORRIFIC, etc. etc.

Tier lists are bullshit nowadays because I see good players playing heroes that I'd rate bad, but...

Let's say Tier 0 is a list of heroes that definitely need some nerfing.
Tier 1 is a list of heroes that simply outclass everyone else at what they do.
Tier 2 is a list of heroes that do what they do well.
Tier 3 is a list of heroes that are outclassed in pretty much every facet, but can still function.
Tier 4 is queue-dodge or just really bad.

Tier 0: Heimedinger - no other hero in the game is affecting the game as much as him right now.
Tier 1: Pantheon (lane gank map control), Ezreal (ranged damage from level 1), Soraka (still the best support), Taric (best support/tank by far), Nasus (best melee DPS, by potential)
Tier 2: Ashe, Shaco, Kayle, Janna, Annie, Udyr, Katarina, Rammus, Gangplank, Anivia, Kassadin, Gragas, Twisted Fate, Amumu, Corki (I still think he's the most damaging ranged DPS but he takes really long to kick in, compared to Ez), Shen, Fiddlesticks, Tristana
Tier 3: Malphite, Alistar, Singed, Olaf, Master Yi, Morgana, Chogath, Kennen, Nidalee, Karthus, Nunu, Mundo, Garen, Akali, Warwick, Sivir, Ryze, Blitzcrank, Twitch, Evelynn, Tryndamere
Tier 4: Jax, Zilean, Malzahar, Mord, Kogmaw (great players great, everyone else blows), Teemo, Veigar

Or something like that. 2 and 3 is pretty interchangeable, maybe I shoulda just done 2-3 -> 2 4 -> 3 but w/e.

Tanks are necessary to force 5v4 fights at towers, but you can make do without them if you can end games faster (~30-35 minute mark usually). Late-game the team with the better tank will almost always win games, barring stupidity.

Phreak is really good, and every once in a blue moon I'm carried by one, but yeah, they're really rare, and they take longer than Ezreal to kick in. I would take a fed/farmed Corki over every other DPS in the game, but..............

Corki's are pretty scary considering they can beat a fort-potted Ashe in a stand-down with a doran's shield

I just don't know what summoner spells to take on him. Common sense dictates that ghost and cleanse are a must, but I really want to take ignite on him as it will make him so SO scary in mid. Maybe once cleanse is nerfed.
