Akali on steroids. I mean, I haven't played her but her cooldowns seem really low.
Last game I was a 10-0 gp and got 1v1'd by a 1-3 leblanc with 2 kage picks and a catalyst. I have only been playing 3v3 though so maybe it's just because of the map.

No really, if you get the runes and you go back to your ap build you will notice that the regen is quite fucking good, it increases your ticks from 5 to 7 at lategame if you use the per levels(which i do) and with blue buff to 8-9, this is a fucking rediculous amount. you basicly play your game with a permanent blue buff worth of energy regen.
This enables you to get out with E alot more, after using it to iniate, if you have the necesary cd reduction.
If you want to play kennen as your main, my tip would be to start saving. Get flat energy regen quints, energy regen per lvl yellow cd reduction blue and magic penetration red's.

The quints < Flat AP quints IMO. A large part of why the seals are so good is that he doesn't have anything better to put in that slot.

I have only tried full ap or full energy regen, I'll try toying around with the set-up a bit tomorow.

Elementz and Azen both also run ep5pl yellows and none of the three of them use energy quints.

btw Salce runs flat hp quints. I dunno, if I were to swap for anything it'd be movespeed (especially with flash getting pulled out soon). It's all preference.

Salce is vastly better than me. That said, I find his guide pretty ineffective. DShield -> Sorc boots -> Zhonya seems to make me vastly stronger than his build order does.
Is the consensus flat or /lvl e/5?

They are high. Her distortion is still 9-10 seconds, and the others are high enough that you cant just go spamming them like Akali's R. Even Akali's Q has a shorter cooldown than anything Leblanc has. Ive played her somewhat already and I say her burst is very high if you mimic her Q ability, but if you use her distortion to initiate and then throw out q or that chain you're pretty much going all in because you cant mimic that distortion again since you would have used Q or E. Her burst is good, but its not akali on steriods. Infact I think akali would be a decent counterpick vs her.

Whats really her strong point in my opinion is the ability to destroy champions that depend on a certain ability, such as tryndamere. You could throw a silence on him right before he dies and he wouldnt even get to use his ult, you could silence kassadin before he blinks away or even double chain him. I mean alot of champs have a silence but this one is just point and click and boom, silenced. Its so practical and lasts a long time compared to any other silence in the game.

You can stop trynds ult with Silence? I thought it ignores all CC?
