You can try to guess if you think the opponent is going to go for the meter bonus you get when slamming people down but spinning the stick around showed the same % chance of guessing. Looking at VoDs and recent tournaments Marvel play has evolved quite a bit. Much less combos dropped and the general pace of the game seems to be more elegant. Crazy mix-ups as well. | ||

Also what do you guys do after Dante's prop shredder launch? I can't seem to do anything particularly cool with it (then again I'm not very good lol). I'm starting to use it a lot because teleport into S to wildstomp to propshredder is really easy to do even with lag. | ||

B, j.C air bat fireball j.C s.CS 3hits of upshots pop shredder then i'll go for acid rain or jump beowulf spike move into volcanoe into lightning legs into more shit or downward shot stinger JC j.S (sorry depite the fact i've been maining dante and played hella dmc3, i still don't know all the names of his moves). I noticed 3 gun shots seem to be the magic number (unless for some reason u are doing some day 1 combos like ABCS up shots into popshredder). it's all muscle memory with dante combos. fun fact i just learned: i thought that his XF'd jam session infinite was ground only, but its nice if u have em in the air via. acid rain combo XFC into infinite is always nice  and this game's latency is just ugh btw. even playing my friends not even half a state away is sad  can't even do simple mag fly combos in it | ||

idk maybe its because I'm still learning but some of the faster things like Dante's stinger bold cancel into volcano then following up on that I find very tricky to do, and i cannot even come close to pulling off into an actual game. | ||

At the very least you would want to play on a PlayStation pad, as the controls on an Xbox controller are not so efficient for fighters (they ARE good for shooters, if you play those on console): Triggers need a big squeeze, the d-pad is too clunky and the analog stick is not in a good position for fighter motions. For someone to pull of Magneto ROM's on a pad is very impressive, but to pull off all the inputs that quickly and precisely is pretty hard and requires a lot of practice. I'd advise you to just get the stick and put some time in, it'll be a lot easier to learn things on a stick once you get the hang of it, as the controls are much more precise, imo. | ||

Free like McDonald's Happy Meal Toy. Where did I hear that before.... And LOL at ClakeyD calling the East Coast more free than Mike Ross. Yeah, it's just building up hype for the most part. East Coast is always big on talking shit, and it's not like they didn't back it up before. I do agree with your list though, West Coast is just fucking scary at this game at this point. It seems like after the likes of Sandford and Yipes became washed up and Justin moved to WC no one is really stepping up to the plate for EC anymore. And hell, Noel hangs around Justin so much, we prolly could just consider him West Coast. | ||
