Vocal is pretty generic, but for metal I would suggest Foreground Eclipse, Draw the Emotional and CROW'SCLAW. Maybe some S.S.H. arranges as well.
Regarding the amount of touhou songs I've listened to overall, I would probably put myself around 1000, if that. Any more is just insane, haha.

Pizuya's Cell is a good one if you want vocals with your metal. UNDEAD CORPORATION and VAGUEDGE are both good options if you like scream metal. UI-70 does a lot of different things, but they have some good metal albums mixed up in their discography. Hellion Sounds is pretty underrated and includes the venerable S.S.H., but they do more than just Touhou arrangements (which may be a good or bad thing to you). You could also choose IRON ATTACK!! or THOUSAND LEAVES if you don't mind metal that is fairly bland in my opinion (though there's some damn good music shuffled in there). Dark PHOENiX and Magnum Opus are both more synth-based, but both are also kinda mediocre. xi-on performs in many different genres, but they kick ass in all of them, especially the metal songs. Finally, BLANKFIELD is pretty good, but their discography is fairly limited.
Oh, and Kissing the Mirror is good too.

I just gave 556mm's stuff a listen for the first time, and it sounds like ENS. Apart from one arranger called Tomoya, it's basically ENS and company. Another name to add to that list a few pages ago about ENS similar groups.

Whenever I make a recommendation or post a video, I can't help but feel like I'm being silently judged by Caller. Anyone else feel this way, or am I being paranoid?
Anyway, back to being topical. I am totally not-that-enthused for xi-on's C83 album. An MoF album, when 1st Spell was MoF? Kinda blah. Looks like they ditched the Spell series, though. About time; I can never find decent-resolution album art for those. Can't they make it convenient for me and have a nice 600x600 album cover? :S
In more exciting news, S.S.H. has an album coming out as well, with stuff from him and Eru of Hellion Sounds. I can't wait!

Also, that crossfade you posted sounds really good. But I was expecting something else, because "hatsunetsumikos" seemed like a very cleverly named vocaloid group

I think being judged by Caller is just a pressure that we all accept and thrive under.
I'm surprised that "Silent Judgement" isn't the name of something in Toho. It sounds like it could be.
