Indeed. According to Touhou Wiki, Love-Colored Master Spark is from Shout the Devil by Demetori. As for UI-70 on Demetori albums, I don't know about that. However, Wind God Girl is another Demetori song on an UI-70 album.

I guess that mixing and arranging are two different things.
It says that track 7 is arranged by ZEKI and UI-70, and everything else is arranged by UI-70.

How did you get introduced to touhou? The guy I watch daily, raocow, who play Let's Plays of mario hacks, is a fan of it. So I saw touhou related material on his favorites list.

Honestly, I don't really remember too well. I started playing osu! and I somehow ended up playing Touhou songs which then introduced me to the Touhou world. Maybe I saw Touhou before that but I just didn't know about it then. However, I do remember that it was this song that definitely made me want to discover more of these songs and then the universe.

I can't answer about rock lunatic princess but as I said with the previous post, According to http://vgmdb.net/album/14887 , Wind God Girl (track 7 on the 1st disc is a Demetori song on a UI-70 album)
Edit: After checking all Demetori's albums on VGMdb, there is no UI-70 song there beside Love-Colored Master Spark on Shout the Devil
Edit 2: I should have just used my logic <.< , it seems Lunatic Princess is UI-70 unless the "rock" part of the song's name is really important as searching that on YT gives me only Lunatic Princess.

Yup it's that one! Caller got it from an album but it was UI-70 or something, then we (in the mumu) said something about them working on it together o.o my download also shows demetori, but his is labeled UI-70...

If I rely on the video description, it leads me to http://vgmdb.net/album/23916 . Apparently, it's published by UI-70 but the song was arranged by Nyohi.
Edit: I didn't notice your edit until I posted. Pretty cool. Maybe I'll check it out.

Obviously, I search up the apparitions first to see if it's good. It's definitely OK, I might grow to like it more. It's fitting, it just doesn't feel that special. A good faithful arrange, though.
damn the soul as red ground cherry is too heavy and i don't like too much, it's listed as track #11 instead of the first or second one so i thought maybe it was worked on more or really good, but doesn't seem like it aww lol
