Actually not a bad read, but the impact it has had on LR threads and fuelling obnoxious posters is huge He, if people didn't act like Innovation and Flash were the second coming, we would all be ok. Those two are legit ballers though, currently anyway! It's when even the mediocre Kespa players are elephated and overhyped that annoys me personally Its almost like them being in Kespa has nothing to do with it and its really about Innovation and Flash. Its almost like, the Elephant was a pile of crap all along.

Oh Dear, It's your fault for losing to Naniwa.

i love the elephant thread. Its so much fun discussing this on twitch tv chat. Everyone is so funny there

There weren't a lot of good Kespa players at MLG. Hyun was Kespa literally until he switched to SC 2. But Flash wasn't there, CJHero wasn't there, Parting, Rain, Bisu, Jangbi, Stork, Fantasy, Hyvaa, Innovation, S2, True, Cure, Jaehoon, Terminator, Baby, Zest, sOs, Free, or Soulkey... sooo This not relevant to elephant

And then they couldn't win anyways because Polt and Nani'wa are to boss.

I like how you try to sneak in s2, Stork, Bisu, and Sang into a list of good players

And the funniest thing is neither of them were big in BW. Nani was on wc3 and idk what polt played before sc2 but I never heard of him being on a kespa team so...
Sorry BW fanboys but elephant is disproven kespa players are shit

It's already been laid out. Hyun is 'essentially KeSPA' and made it to the finals.
But I think the overarching theme will be that Dear, soO, and Stats being the three players to qualify were flukes, and that Innovation/Flash/sOs or some other combination would've been better off. All three kespa players still made it pretty deep into the tournament, but they weren't quite able to cinch the title. Stats and Dear also ran into each other early on, so stats had a hard time going into the loser bracket and then eventually lost to Jaedong(so that's technically another kespa team kill).
Also KeSPAbros will continue claiming victory by pointing at the Code A qualifier results.
