Katowice was by far the hardest tournament this year until GSL finishes. There were 15 Koreans(Vs 2 at Pyeongchang and 3 at WESG) who made the final 24 not counting True.
Rogue beat Maru 3-2 in the semifinal.
If Rogue underwhelms in literally every event other than Katowice, then Katowice is the anomoly, not everything else. Winning one event doesn't make you the best in the world. How many real elite players did he beat at Katowice? TY, Maru, and Classic, that's it. Those are good wins, but if you look at his general results since 4.0 you'd see there's no consistancy to them.
Someone like Classic, Maru, Dark, or even Stats has a better case than Rogue. Those guys are consistantly beating the best in the world, the same cannot be said for Rogue.

This is heading towards a horrible argument. One of you thinks Rogue is the best player in the world, others don't. This is the Zest fanclub, though, so scratch that please. Zest beat Rogue in a Bo3, that doesn't warrant this argument.

Lost to Classic 1-2 Zest is now in the loser bracket where he will face the winner of Cure vs TRUE He will be battling Cure for a spot in GSL should be doable unless rematch curse strikes again Zest defeated cure once more 2-1 and thus qualified for the GSL S2
Great results these last two days. He’s in really good form right now. If he can bring the same level offline he will definitely be a contender to win either tournament.
