Zest streamed for a long time this morning. Well morning my time, I started watching at 4 AM Nashville time.
He played a Zerg player in several matches of which I saw 6. Zest won 5 of them and some in dominant fashion. The opponent was a 2nd tier Zerg like Impact or Leenock. MMR 6500.
I then saw a few more maps against a comparable Protoss player and Zest dominated those. When I left he was ranked 5th in that account.
He streamed a long time playing one map after another with no down time, no talking or joking around.
This is a very serious young man when it comes to his profession right now. He makes playing look so easy. His defense is sick!

Isn't that crazy? I play a couple of games and I need a break. Go do something else. Of course I'm old compared to these guys but even in my early 20s I could not have played a video game for 11 hours straight with intensity.
The most I ever did was in the late 90s my brother and I played Command and conquer Red alert 2v2 for 4-5 hours with hardly any breaks. We just loved that game.
I'm glad Zest is steaming so much. He has to play all those hours anyway so why not play with 1000 people watching and get paid for it.
Wrecked his WardiTV group! 2-0 Rogue, 2-0 INnoVation and, funny enough, dropped his only map to Hellraiser who played blink/disruptor, something I haven't seen on the new patch and I assume neither has Zest.
Could be a nice prize pool for Zest. It usually doubles from matcherino but one donor gave $200 to the pool first thing today during the Keen vs Bly match. .
I think he has a bit of trouble against cheesy zergs and Impact is one of the cheesiest zergs in Korea. Last time they played I think he lost to a couple of baneling busts and a roach ravager all in.
You can't win them all. He did break that drought vs Impact but played very ordinary vs Stats. I did not like game 4 when Zest was late making mass gateways. At the 7 minute mark in the game he was still playing with only 3 and looking to move into Colossus. Never got the chance Stats overwhelmed him.
He made it to stage 2 of the WeSG qualifier. Dunno whether to be happy with this result or not tbh. His game against MMA was worryingly close. If a better terran was in that position he probably loses there
