Do some research before you talk shit. TIME has one of the best TvP's in the world, just take a look at his recent results, 3-1 vs neeb, 3-1 vs ptitdrogo, 2-0 vs myungsik

Not sure if you are serious, but winning against 2 foreigners and retired player dosn't make him best TvPer in the world.

Time could not crack the top 16 at Jönköping.
He finished 2nd in a little tournament in February in which he beat TY 3-1 in the first rd and lost to Stats 3-5 in the final. Basetradetv map tournament it was called.
He cracked the Korean grandmaster ladder something few foreigners have done.
So yes the kid is damn good and a player to watch going forward. Still an upset to beat Zest with the whole season on the line for him. Zest is the one with all the offline experience in the world's biggest tournaments yet he has folded every time.
Zest has proven he could play with the best on ladder but offline he falls flat. That should be his domain.

If Zest did call it quits at years end who would you cheer for instead? I cheer for all the Protoss players but I'm not a huge fan of any of them except Zest. As a Rolster fan Stats was my 2nd favorite Protoss but that is in the past.
I think I would pay more attention to the foreign Protoss. I am a big fan of Showtime who is my favorite foreign player and would probably pay more attention to Neeb.

I don't think Zest will call it quits until he has to go to military and it seems like he is in no rush to do his military service. He is almost 25 so what else is he going to do before then? Might as well try again next year if he doesn't want to go to the military just yet.

Stats-Neeb-Hero. None from Europe since Showtime is currently 10th in circuit standings and SOS 11th among Koreans.

9 Koreans(True is 8th in circuit standings) and 7 foreigners.
I'll be cheering hard for SoS and Showtime from here on out.
Last year they was 2 terrans but protoss said " they dont know how to play" so, same here i guess

Classic and sOs have both gotten ro4 GSLs. If they can get close to repeating that then they can get in.

Always hard to tell when a player will call it quits. I couldn't believe it when Polt and Hydra retired just before Blizzcon.

I wouldn't call Zest to retire just yet. Every progamer has a rough period of time when they produce no results. You name it: herO, Innovation, ByuL, Maru and soO had a horrible 2016 compared to their results from previous years (herO was #1 in ranking in 2015). ByuN disappeared for 2 years. It is just the matter of adjust yourself a bit to current situation (no team and practice/learn on your own) and come back stronger. I hope the recent result is a wake-up call for Zest.

It's strange because I have never had this feeling about TLO. I thought that he was okay with being always just after the top foreigners.

I am not sure that the problem comes from the changes in the environment. By looking at the end of the Proleague you can already see that Zest was less dominant and that Stat who was always the second protoss in KT became more dominant.
I hope that the SSL challenge is enough for him in addition to the invitational events. Otherwise I imagine that he will retire sooner or later since he won't made it to Blizzcon after not qualifying fot the GSL code S and I can't imagine him qualifying for the IEM.
I am really sad to say that. I was, and still am, a huge fan of Zest (I was sad when I recieved the badges from the SSL last year and I didn't got the one from Zest). I really hope that he will make a comeback by the end of the year or in early 2018.

It seems that being good in GSL S1 2016 was a bad idea, 3/4 of the ro4 are nowhere near of what they was before

It was an odd final 8 in GSL season 1 last year. Dream-Cure-Losira-Dear. No Sos, No innovation, no Byul, Dark, Solar, or Maru. Taeja was in his final tournament. Guess it took some players a while to adjust to LOTV.
