Maru's form in SPL was absolutely that of one of the best players in the world. It's a mystery as to why he never showed up in GSL/SSL, Although it's worth noting he did look really strong GSL S1 2016, but ended up getting some of the worst bracket luck in GSL history. And some of his early 2017 results were impressive (top 4 gsl, 2nd place wesg). | ||

His success isn't restricted to a specific patch like a typical "patch player". But it is restricted to when terran is performing best in the meta. Whenever terrans are generally lacking, Inno never seems to get far in tournaments. | ||

There are a few exceptions here and there, but his performance over the years mirrors overall Terran performance. stuchiu called him "Plato's Terran" to reflect that (Allegory of the Cave). | ||

Wait, so a team of one? Or does Inno have teammates? I was thinking Inno for O'Gaming was analogous to Neeb for TIng, and everyone calls that a personal sponsorship. | ||
