highly dubious showing of Innovation I knew it before the match, If Inno loses ( whichever way) he would be accused of fixing. So stupid. He was alredy tilted, and demotivated so he played bad. Shit situation bare with it. | ||

Either way the group system is bad, there should not be any matches without anything on the line for one player, otherwise shit like this is bound to happen. Cannot happen in GSL or in any of the many other tournaments with the same group system. | ||

TRUE was in the same position in his match vs uThermal, so I don't think it was particularly unfair in this case. Every system has its flaws. Bracket luck plays an especially large role in GSL, which isn't any better IMO. This isn't really the place to discuss tournament formats though. | ||

Anyways, I thought Scarlett's trip through the losers bracket was impressive. Too bad the True match didn't quite pan out. You can't win every match against True, especially in a mirror matchup. IEM is quite stacked this time around, and so many upsets, Scarlett can't feel that bad about not making to groups. Although I'm sure the money would have been nice ;-D | ||

So it's disappointing for me to see Scarlett drop out like this. That being said, Innovation, soO, and Stats are not in the top 12, and all of them lost to people arguably weaker than them, so I guess this is the tournament of upsets. | ||
