That's usually my job Because she has the potential to be a legend and i mean that in the truest sense she has the intellect and skills but for all this time she has not lived up to it.

Scarlett or any other player is not going to become the next bonjwa overnight no matter how hard they try. I'm just happy to see Scarlett play and hopefully do well. She doesn't owe victories to me or anyone else except herself. If you expect more than that, that's your own problem. Her limit truly hasn't been shown her abilities are off the charts. If she truly wanted to be the best not just this year but in all the years to come she needs to fix her travel problem.

It's impossible know if it's real or even possible. To go as far as to say she isn't trying because she hasn't lived up to that? That's fucked up.

soO also dropped out in a ZvZ, so now they both got ample time to prepare for GSL in a weeks time.

Sometimes she does seem to transcend into god-mode (and boy is it fun to see it happen!). But this idea that she ought to hold herself to a standard that someone else imposes on her? Nah. If she never wins a tournament again, I'll still be a fan. She gives fun games. I hope she kicks ass. But only she gets to determine what she's capable of. Honestly, I'm still blown away that she won a premier tournament, that she made it to the Ro8 at the GSL, that she's recently taken down players like Rogue, sOs, Zest, Innovation. Who knows if she'll do it again, but she took down soO in a Bo3 recently. In 2017, I was thinking that maybe she was coming down off of her peak. The last month suggests that she can still tango with the best of 'em. How cool is that?

Blaming her for not "being at the top" or "not trying" to get there is unfair, since it's the struggle that matters, not the destination. Also, she had one interview once where she said she never planned to be a progamer, she just had success at the beginning and went along with it. So she is also trying to keep things fun, which I think it's a healthy positive attitude. So, I think also our expectations should be kept at a "healthy" and realistic level, if we actually want to be supportive. Let's all just calm down and listen to some kpop or something

Let's all just calm down and listen to some kpop or something It is all good and fun that you can say she can beat the world's best players but what does that matter if your not winning tourments and titles. That is the point if your in any competition be it college or pros yes she has had a tremendous start to her year and there is a long way to go. But this tourment like I was trying to say is where her real test lies could she when she travels still keep up that level. And we haven't seen it just yet. Not to say she can't it is not trashing her to say that. You look at any professional player or team and if they can't win outside of there home court then they are subject to the same critism yes they win games sometime against the best but they at the end year are sitting at home.
