Yeah, it was another great tournament from him. It's been great seeing him play these last months, in the ST and the WESG qual (although not at HSC, ffs). He looks sharp and he's really playing that TY style. If he keeps it up, 2020 could be a great year for him. Really hope to see him get another big championship.

Good to see TY make it to the NA final qualifier for Katowice. With his seeding in the KR qualifiers, that means he's already in three final quals. Gives him a very good shot at making it.

Wonder if they're gonna do a 3 year deal for Korea too. That just sounds a tad too optimistic.

Aside from getting through NA stage 1 he also played in the BJ Destruction match. Beat Ragnarok and Creator, then lost to Maru because he tried to BC rush him.

Yeah, it also sounds like Korea might be integrated into the ESL circuit from the next season, so they probably just do a deal for this year.

Must say I am happy that TY lost since he tried that build, every Terran doing that deserves to burn

He's made it through worse and if he wants to be at Katowice he's gonna have to play well, that's just how it is. If not this week, then next week.

Regardless though I'm sure his team would pay his trip to the open bracket anyway.

Also, these are the updated stats since the patch:

TY is 75–34 (68.81%) in games and 31–7 (81.58%) in matches

TvP: 31–9 (77.50%) in games and 14–1 (93.33%) in matches
TvT: 15–9 (62.50%) in games and 6–2 (75.00%) in matches
TvZ: 29–16 (64.44%) in games and 11–4 (73.33%) in matches

I was a bit surprised that the TvZ is relatively good, it's actually close to TvT. TvP is great, he only lost to Zest -- online.
